Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your registration, please notify us by email by September 20, 2025 to receive a refund (your total fees minus $25 administration fee). No refunds will be made for cancellations after September 20, 2025.

Hotel Accommodation: Please reserve your room online at Four Points by Sheraton Toronto Airport—group rate for Mining Diesel Emissions Council along with car parking at discounted rate.

In the unlikely event that conference/workshop/field trip is cancelled, neither Mining Diesel Emissions Council nor its members shall be held accountable for any losses.
