Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your registration, please notify us by email by October 11, 2024 to receive a refund (your total fees minus $25 administration fee). No refunds will be made for cancellations after October 11, 2024.

Hotel Accommodation: Please reserve your room by going online at Hotel Booking or by contacting the hotel at email: guestservices@holidayinnsudbury.com, Front Desk: 1-705-522-3000, or call Reservation: 1 877 660 8550. Car parking is complimentary. Reservations this year are on a first come, first serve basis, therefor, no fixed block rate.
